On the morning of November 28th, Vice President Chen Junbin meets with Dr. Sam Heikinen,Associate Provost of the GlobalEngagement of American Slippery Rock University Pennsylvania, and holds a meeting withhim.Head ofRegistry&Educational Administration Affairs Office, Petroleum EngineeringCollege, and the International Exchange and Cooperation Office attend the meeting.

The two sides discussed the curriculum of the "2+2" project of petroleum engineering students, the interface of the course and the exchange of teachers and students, and expressed their willingness to further cooperate.

The Pennsylvania State University of Talc is one of the US institutions of higher learning recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The petroleum engineering major is accredited by the American Engineering and Technology Review Board (ABET).
