Our University signed an agreement with TTGP to carry out the joint training of academic foreign students under Sino-Tajik School-enterprise cooper

On the afternoon of January 5th, the signing ceremony of the entrusted training program for international students of our school and Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Co.Ltd. (TTGP) was held in the first conference room of the Yanta Campus Conference Center. The president of our university, Qu Zhan, attended the ceremony, and Vice President Chen Junbin presided over the ceremony. Assistant General Manager of CNPC International Pipeline Company, Liu Tao, General Manager of Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Co.Ltd, Construction Coordinator of Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Co.Ltd. Mirzoyev Saidahart, First Deputy General Manager of Tajikistan Gas Transmission Company Shao Imov Shafkart, Assistant General Manager of Sino-Tajik Gas Pipeline Company, Mamat Kulova Azia, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Department of Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Company, Zheng Haifeng, Deputy Manager of Contract Department, Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Company Liu Hezhen, the head of the Office of Academic Affairs, International Exchange and Cooperation, and the School of International Education attended the ceremony.

President Qu Zhan said that the joint training of the university-enterprise cooperation talents with Sino-Tajik Natural Gas Pipeline Co.Ltd is an important measure for the university to actively implement the state's spirit of deepening the integration of production and education and vigorously promote the training of university-enterprise cooperation talents. The university attaches great importance to the Sino-Tajik university-enterprise cooperation and training project, and will conscientiously carry out the implementation of the talent training program, the quality supervision and guarantee of the training process, and strive to cultivate the internationalized and comprehensive senior professionals required by the enterprise.

General Manager Liu Tao said that Xi'an Shiyou University won the bidding for the TTGP company's talent training project, which is the embodiment of the university's comprehensive strength. The university's international education concept, talent training mode, and comprehensive conditions guarantee have been unanimously recognized by the Chinese and foreign parties of TTGP. The company hopes to cultivate professional technical talents in the oil and gas field that are urgently needed for the construction of Sino-Tajik natural gas D-line pipeline through cooperation with the university.

The entrusted training project involves 8 undergraduate studies in China, including oil and gas storage and transportation engineering, electrical engineering and automation. The first batch of 30 students have studied Chinese at Tianjin University and our university respectively, and will enter the university in September 2018 to study at the undergraduate level.

The Sino-Tajik university-enterprise Cooperative Education International Student Entrusted Training Program is the first university-enterprise cooperation project for Chinese students to be included in the Chinese-Foreign Intergovernmental Agreement. It has received the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan, Tajik Energy and Water Resources Department, and China Tajik. The embassy, China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, Tajikistan Gas Transmission Company, Tajikistan National Examination Center, China National Energy Administration and other departments and enterprises to participate and support. This project is an important part of the “Hundred Talents Program”of the Sino-Tajik university-Enterprise Cooperation. It is also an important measure for the university to deepen cooperation with international oil and gas enterprises in the“One Belt and One Road university-Enterprise Cooperation Alliance”and will make the university a good international in the new situation. Provide a new platform for the cultivation of talents and the cultivation and delivery of outstanding professional and technical personnel.
