On the morning of October 18, Vice President Chen Junbin met with Joe Potts, deputydirector of the International Departmentof University of Kansas, and held a discussion at the fourth meeting room of the Yanta Campus.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed about the possibility of petroleum engineering students exchange program.
