From May 16th to 25th, Sai Yunxiu, Party Committee Secretary of CPC,joined the Ministry ofEducation's "Belt and Road" delegation toCentral and Eastern Europeand Greece accompanied by thedirector of theinternationalexchange andcooperationoffice.

In thewestern Romanian city of Timisoara, Secretary Sai Yunxiu attended the 7th China-Central and Eastern European Countries Education Policy Dialogue, the 75th anniversary of the Western University of Timisoara, the 6th Meeting of China-Central and Eastern European UniversitiesConsortiumand delivered a keynote speech on “New Modes of university-enterprise Cooperation on Talents Cultivation with International Vision for Oil and Gas Field”.

On the 20th, Secretary Sai visited the University of Technology and Chemistry Prague in Czech and talked with Pavel Matejka, Vice President of the University about the cooperation between the two universities in the fields of teachers and students exchange, research cooperation, etc. and later on visited the chemical engineering and environmental engineering laboratories of the university.

From the 22nd to the 23rd, Secretary Sai attended theWelcomeReception of China-Greece Higher Education Forum held by the Chinese Embassy in Greece with the theme of "Civilization Dialogue with Education Taking Lead" and the China-Greece Higher Education Forum held at the University of Athens. He alsotalked aboutcooperation with Greek universities on talentscultivation mode, education internationalization,scientific research and technological innovation.
