On the evening of March 21, a agreement was signed with Muntinlupa City and Shaanxi Zhongpin Commercial Operation Management Co.Ltd by President Li Tiantai who is on behalf of our university. The three parties agreed to establish CBSC (China Brand Service Center) which is the Sino-Philippines Cultural Exchange and Education Center conducting international culture, education, training and other activities in our university and Muntinlupa City University. The Confucius Institute was jointly promoted by the CBSC International College of Muntinlupa University.
