On the morning of May 10, the opening ceremony of the 2018 Silk Road Education Cooperation and Exchange Conference was held in Xi'an. Vice-President Chen Junbin of our school attended the event, accompanied by the head of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office and the International Education College.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhao Wei, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, and Wang Jianli, director of the Provincial Department of Education, gave a keynote speech. Gao Yang, deputy secretary general of the Shaanxi Provincial Government, announced the opening of the 2018 Silk Road Education Cooperation and Exchange Conference. The conference awarded the “Belt and Road”education cooperation contribution award to 10 institutions and 9 expatriates. Our school and our school Russian foreign teacher Rida and Lobir Tovna both won the award.

In addition, Vice President Chen Junbin signed an inter-university cooperation agreement with the St. Petersburg State University of Economics on behalf of our school. After the opening ceremony, Vice President Chen Junbin had a brief conversation with Tutowa Lalisa, Vice Chairman of the Russian State Duma Education Committee.
